I live in Russian Federation. I 16 years and this year I want to enter to learn in university for reception of the higher education, but I have no money on education.
The Salary of the inhabitant to Russia forms approximately 3500-8500 roubles that approximately is 125-300$ USA. My father works the engineer at the factory and gets 5500 roubles (200$ USA), from which 1200 roubles we pay for apartment, 200 roubles for telephone, 200 roubles for electric power, 400 roubles for power supply in school. With provision for deduction of these payments remains 3500 roubles (125$ USA) for month of the power supply to our families (in family three persons, but mother does not work because of that that she is ill).
Education in university of the Russia very expensive and approximately is 35000-40000 roubles per annum (1250-1430$ USA). For this reason majority graduate schools simply impossible to enter to learn. One, has not found the money and has not entered in university withdrew in army, whence people return and can not find work for want of higher education. Its life finish In the following such people in solitude poor and hungry one in its small apartment... As not regrettable, but majority of the people of my age expects this fate...
Please, not admit such increase the frequency of and for me! Help me to collect the money on arrival in university! If can select although some part of facilities on my education!
